We respect your rights regarding the collection and use of different types of information about you (“information”), and this statement (“Privacy Policy”) describes GoDigital’s policies and practices about those activities. Your accessing and reviewing the content of a Website is subject to this Privacy Policy and by reviewing such content you are consenting to the terms and practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
You may provide certain information through express communication with a Website such as by entry of your name, email address, physical (postal) address, telephone number, user name, contact preferences, billing information and other information requested to sign you up for future communications or by completing a form in which you have made a request for action. We retain such information.
Certain of the Websites offer products for sale, and if you purchase a product we will collect personal information about you including your credit or debit card number and other data. Credit card information is encrypted and sent to our credit card processor, and we do not retain that information, but we will retain other information about the transaction.
If you provide a user contribution, such as a post, testimonial, review, or other comment we will retain that information. Similarly, if you interact with a Website chatbot or other chat we may retain information about that interaction.
When you access a Website certain information is provided to us automatically without any additional action taken on your part to deliver it, which may include the IP address from which you accessed the Website, your browser and computer type, Website pages you accessed, duration of your access, geolocation, data in “cookies” you may have on your device, and other information. We retain such information.
Why We Collect Information
We collect information to perform user interactions the Website effectively; to comply with applicable laws, regulations and/or contractual obligations; to enable user-to-user communications; to collaborate with third-party advertisers and other businesses; to inform and improve our marketing and other business operations; and on rare occasion to respond to law enforcement, governmental agency, or other legal requests.
We also may use information to deliver cross-context behavioral advertising (which California residents may opt out of as set forth below).
Information Sharing
We disclose information among GoDigital entities.
We also may disclose information to third parties from time to time including advertisers, other businesses, and third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) who help us provide services for Website users and GoDigital customers and clients such as targeted advertising. When we do so we employ commercially reasonable efforts to prevent third parties from further disclosing information. Even so, you are advised not to provide to GoDigital any information that you do not wish to have so shared.
We also may share information with reputable artificial intelligence (AI) developers, but only when those developers agree in writing to handle information in a manner that conforms to applicable laws and regulations.
We also may disclose information as and to the extent we believe necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or other governmental authority. Similarly, we also may be required to disclose information in the event of a bankruptcy or corporate reorganization.
Security
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of information we retain. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that these measures will be effective. No Internet transmission or electronic information storage technology can be 100% secure, and we do not provide assurance that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will be unable to defeat our security measures. Transmission of information to GoDigital is undertaken at your own risk. You are encouraged to access Websites only within a secure environment and with a secure Internet connection.

The Websites provide links to GoDigital and third-party websites and other referrals. GoDigital is not responsible for the content of third-party websites, or for the privacy or security of information shared with third-party websites or providers. If you choose to visit a third party’s website or otherwise use its products or services you are encouraged to review that party’s privacy policy and other practices, as those policies and practices will govern your dealings with those third-party websites and other interactions.
Collection of Information from Children
Services provided by GoDigital are not intended for use by persons under the age of 16 (“Minors”). Even so, we endeavor to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which requires the consent of a parent or guardian for the collection of personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information relating to children under 13 years of age. In the event that we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age without prior parental consent we will take steps necessary to delete such information.
Data Retention
We retain information for the time necessary to complete the above-described purposes for which it was collected, and as may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. After that time has passed we determine whether and when to delete information pursuant to GoDigital’s data retention and deletion policies and practices.
International Residents Generally
The Websites are hosted in the United States. If you are accessing a Website from outside the United States you should be aware that you are transferring information to the United States and that it may not have the same data protection laws as the EU or other laws which are local for you, and that by accessing the Website you consent to:

California Residents
California residents should note that we may collect information identified in categories of personal information enumerated in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) including device and personal identifiers such as name, alias, postal address, email address, phone number, account name, IP address, age, gender, and other similar identifiers and demographic information. If you access a Website through a social media site it may provide additional information about you.
California residents also may have the right to request a disclosure describing what types of personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and with whom we have shared it, during the preceding calendar year. GoDigital does not sell personal information. CCPA defines sale more broadly than the traditional sense of an exchange of data for money and may encompass transactions in which we may disclose your Personal Information. CPRA defines “Share” as the disclosure of Personal Information for use in cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, you may, subject to exceptions in CCPA and CPRA, request that GoDigital not Share your Personal Information by submitting a request to that effect to us
To exercise these rights, you should send a request for action to privacy@godigitalmg.com. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make such a request on your behalf.
The CCPA provides additional rights to know, delete and opt out, and requires businesses collecting or disclosing personal information to provide notices and means to exercise rights. The CCPA includes provisions that explicitly prohibit making any adverse decisions about you or your account based upon your exercise of your rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to cause us to delete personal information we have collected from you in the preceding 12 months. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information enumerated in the CCPA: Identifiers, including name, alias, postal address, email address, phone number, account name, IP address, and other similar identifiers, demographic information, Sensitive Information including your age and gender and those categories of Personal Information set forth in the Information We Collect sections of this Policy.

We will confirm receipt of your request in a timely manner. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.
You have the right to opt out of receipt of communications from us. You may submit a request to opt out by contacting us at privacy@godigitalmg.com. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, but we will require written proof of the agent’s authority to so act as permitted by law.
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age who are California residents without appropriate authorization by a parent or legal guardian.
No Error – Free Performance
GoDigital does not guarantee error-free performance of this Privacy Policy. We may not always detect a non-confirming event despite our efforts to do so, or our remedial actions to a known event may prove ineffectual. Even so, we strive for full compliance and we welcome your feedback regarding privacy concerns or other issues you may have, including how we can improve this Privacy Policy and our practices pursuant to it. We ask that you please alert us to any non-confirming activity you detect by email to privacy@godigitalmg.com and we will take prompt action to investigate the matter and commence corrective action that is reasonably required to respond to such circumstances.
Policy Changes
