LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwire – April 13, 2010) - GoDigital Media Group, a leading entertainment media distribution and marketing company, announced today its digital distribution agreement with Koan Inc. The announcement was made today at the NAB conference in Las Vegas.

Under the terms of the deal, GoDigital will distribute selected Koan titles to digital retailers like Netflix, CinemaNow, Amazon, and YouTube.

The move not only helps fill supply chain needs for Koan, but also bolsters GoDigital’s catalog with award-winning films like the WWII drama “Saints and Soldiers” and the American classic “Where the Red Fern Grows”.

On the television side, GoDigital will be distributing the second season of the ESPN series “American Dragster.”
